Forgetting Remembering is a relational sensory song & dance, modulating frequencies of experience to empty time from mind:

can be anything - doesn't have to be anything. we don't know what's going to happen, except that this section is choreographed. time-state naming: isolating the cycles of the nervous system in future present and past tense - the creation and death of a series of cyclical moments/movements. an uninterrupted time state, a state of perpetual interruption. It goes dark - the visual fields that engage us begin to project out into the space for you to see. we wear pocket projectors. you see how seeing moves us. an audio track guides you to create a strobe version of what's happening by blinking at different frequencies. we measure the distance between sections of our bodies as the time it takes for the nervous system to travel between them. my head and my hole begin to talk back and forth so much that they become one. there's something comforting about doing things in perfect pulse; free-form. we touch hands. you touch hands if you like. we sense directionality from our fingertips to our spines & vice versa. sensory becomes motor, in becomes out and space becomes form. we track our craniosacral rhythms and learn how to dance without getting in the way. we read a text about dissociation to see if you're still paying attention. It all happens backwards and sped up in two dimensions. we sing forgetting helps remembering and shake off the arrival of any further thoughts.
